Rental Rates

1. For the months April -September, inclusive, the property is managed by Sykes Cottages. I refer you to their website for pricing details ref 1017723. for bookings between October to March please contact me via the enquiry page on this website if you have any questions. 
2. When booking directly with me, a 50% deposit is required on booking, with the remainder of the balance payable 28 days before the start of the Let. If a booking is made less than 28 days before the start of the holiday please send the full rental charges at the time of booking. If the balance of rental charges is not paid by the due date (28 days prior to arrival), we will treat the property as available for re-booking.
3. A £50 security deposit is added to the total payment, this is to be paid with the balance of payment. The security deposit will be refunded on completion of your stay. Any costs for breakage or damage repairs will be taken from this £50. 
4. Please notify us of any cancellation in writing/e mail. If a cancellation is received between receiving your deposit and the final payment being due then the deposit will be retained unless the property can be re-let. If cancellation is made within 28 days of the holiday start (i.e. the whole rent has been paid) then the whole amount paid will be retained unless the property can be re-let. If a re-let is successful then a full refund will be made. If the property cannot be re-let then no refund will be given. We recommend that cancellation Insurance be purchased to cover unforeseeable eventualities.
5. Should the property, subsequent to booking, become unavailable through any cause, you accept that we are liable to re pay just the rent that has already been paid.
6. If you are unable to travel due to Covid 19 restrictions or if I am unable to provide accomodation due to Covid 19, a full refund will be given.
